These Terms govern your use of the Osage Nation Service Portal (“Portal”). By using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Purpose

The Portal enables eligible users to apply for and manage Osage Nation services and to receive related notifications.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions under your account. Misuse of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

• Submit only accurate and truthful information;
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt services;
• Do not upload malicious code or infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and software on the Portal are owned or licensed by the Osage Nation. You may use them only for lawful purposes related to service applications.

5. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is.” The Osage Nation makes no warranties of any kind and is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Portal.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Portal access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Osage Nation and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Portal. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
