Estate Scholarship Application


The Osage Nation Estate Scholarships support Osage students pursuing post-secondary education across seven endowed scholarship funds. You may apply for every scholarship you qualify for in a single application.

Application Dates: Fall (July 1 - September 15) • Spring (December 1 - February 15) • No Summer Funding

Available Scholarships

John L. Rubel

For students pursuing a post-secondary degree at OSU-IT (Okmulgee) or Tri-County Technology Center (Bartlesville). Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Eugene Daniel

For students enrolled full-time in a medically-related field with strong academic performance. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

E. Ray Adkisson

For undergraduate students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Mary E. Tinker

For graduate students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours pursuing a master's or doctoral degree.

Gina M. Bennett

For students in good academic standing pursuing a post-secondary degree who are experiencing hardship affecting their living and/or financial situation.

Morris & Ethel Carlton Wheeler

For full-time students in good academic standing pursuing a post-secondary degree. FAFSA required.

Lily Peace Patterson

For full-time students with strong academic performance pursuing a post-secondary degree. FAFSA required.

Required Documents

  1. Osage Nation Membership Card Proof of tribal enrollment required.
  2. Complete Transcript Must include final grades & GPA from most recent term or the most recent term funded by Osage Nation scholarships. (if applicable)
  3. Verification of Enrollment Must include official school letterhead with student name, enrollment term and dates for current application period, credit hours & registrar stamp/signature.
  4. Course Schedule Must be on official school letterhead with student name, courses, dates & credit hours.
  5. Additional Documents (if applicable) FAFSA, hardship proof, or birth certificate/adoption paperwork.
