Crisis Assistance Program
It is the policy of Osage Nation to provide financial assistance to all enrolled members, regardless of residency, struggling in extraordinary times of a crisis. Crisis Assistance is available once per fiscal year to applicants that are able to document an emergency/crisis warranting assistance. Situations should be short-term or temporary in nature, and not chronic.

Assistance is available to adress the following crisis situations:
- Homelessness or Threat of Homelessness
- Unsafe / Unsanitary Living Conditions
- Fire / Natural Disaster
- Major Car Repair
- Family Emergency
Eligibility Requirements
The requirements to be eligible to receive crisis assistance include(s):
- Completed Crisis Assistance application with support documentation
- Current and valid enrollment with the Osage Nation Membership Department

Once an application has been received by the Financial Assistance Department (OFAD), the following steps will occur:
