Application Process

Once a form has been received by the Osage Nation Attorney General's Office (ONAG), the following steps will occur:

• ONAG shall investigate and determine that the complaint is valid and that the complaint has standing. The Attorney General is authorized to dismiss complaints that lack sufficient standing.


• Once the Attorney General has determined that the complaint has sufficient basis for prosecution and that the complainant has standing, the Attorney General shall file the case in the Trial Court of the Osage Nation for a determination on the merits.
